"About 2 year ago I noticed that company and, at first, I was suspicious about them (too good to be true). I called to make sure that product is in stock and it was. I was impressed that the inventory online is real time inventory if you see it it is in stock if you don´t see it - it is not. OK, I think still too good to be true, but the sales guy say: "hey, we have 30 days money back guaranty - buy one and if you like it - keep it, if don't just send it back. no questions asked no risk for you" and I decided to go ahead and ordered online, got a e-mail confirmation right away. (the tracking number is available by the end of the day too if you need it). So far I made probably 7 or 10 purchases from them. Once I got a SCSI controller which turn out to be wrong (my tech mistake, I am a buyer w/limited technical knowledge) sent it back and got my money back RIGHT AWAY, no that "company credit", "replacement" or any other bullshit. Two words - very happy. Buy with confidence."
