What if I have locations all over the country?

ICT offers white-glove pickup and site cleanups anywhere in the USA. We can be in many places at once if needed.

What is “white glove service” exactly?

ICT will dispatch trained professionals to your facility. Our specialists will bring along all necessary packing material and equipment. They will collect, pack, skid, palletize, warp, label your equipment and remove it in a professional, responsible, and safe manner. You don’t have to lift a finger.

What is ICT “standardized process”?

ICT processes are exactly the same from start to finish from project to project. Our intake process, costs, removal, processing, reporting, recycling, and value recovery processes are the same from location to location, from client to client. We don’t cut corners and don’t skip steps.

Is your cost structure transparent and easy to reconcile?

Cost always gets offset with the value of your disposals. You shouldn’t worry about cost anymore.

What if I don’t have any budget for equipment removal?

ICT doesn’t charge clients for disposal. All qualified disposals are neutral or positive cash because costs get offset by the assets value.

What if you can’t offer free service and need to charge?

If we can’t offer free service we will decline the job and walk away.

What if my equipment has a lot of value?

Our recovery rates are highest in the industry. Send us your inventory and we will provide you with a hard number recovery proposal.

What if my equipment has no value?

We may not be a good fit.

What if I don’t have a lot of assets to dispose of?

We may not be a good fit.

What if my organization is very particular about asset control?

Starting from reviewing your disposal list and white glove pickup, ICT maintains a chain of custody pound by pound, item by item, serial number by serial number. We are your chain of custody guardians.

What if we must have certificates of disposal and data destruction?

Every transaction comes with certificates that are very detailed. We list all your assets by the serial number and include weight of material that is reconciled against pickup information.

What if we are extremely concerned with data security?

ICT wipes and/or shreds your drives to DOD 5220.22-M and R2:2013 standards. We provide you with a certificate of data destruction with a list of serial numbers. Nothing falls through the cracks.

What if we are in a rush and need to remove the material quickly?

Usually, all we need is 72-hour notice to get the job done and material removed. Given that all formalities are taken care of.

What if we need to move out or repurpose our plant, factory, datacenter, production, or manufacturing facility?

We will have it clean and ready for your next step within 3 months or sooner. Process will include disposal of general waste, disconnect of the tools and machinery from electrical, plumbing and ductwork, cutting ankers flash to the floor and removal of all unneeded assets for reuse or compliant recycling.

What do we need to provide you to get started?

List of material you have for decommissioning.

Can we start your project without a list?

No we can’t. Without your list we will be unable to keep our chain of custody commitment. We can try to move forward with pictures but the success is not guaranteed.

Why are all our projects are white-glove?

That is the only way for us to maintain a reliable chain of custody. And keep your life easier along the way.

Do we have to pay extra for white glove?

No, you don’t.

Do you offer free pick up?

Yes. Everything is free if your inventory is qualified.

Can you cut corners, skip steps, take it easy or forget about it to save on services and maximize money back?

We always maximise money-back but we don't do Mickey Mouse projects. We are process oriented, law abiding, quality driven and regulation compliant organization. If that is not what you need, we may be a wrong fit.

What if we must have a hard number before making a commitment?

Send us your inventory and we will give you a hard number for cost and recovery.
